The hotel had a room with a huge window providing an amazing view of the water and a balcony, but unfortunately the key card was left on the table. The location was stunning, right on the beautiful bay of Lake Erie. However, the dining options were not included in the stay.
The hotel is wonderfully located by the water with some minor inconveniences like a low closet and a key card left on the table. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond, and the location by the beautiful Bay of Lake Erie was stunning. The dining experience was good, with included fresh orange juice. Overall, a great stay with a few small hiccups.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the view was dominated by a massive air-conditioning unit. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, going above and beyond expectations. The location was fabulous with a great view of the water, but the dining options left much to be desired. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right on the water with stunning views. The rooms were spacious and modern, offering a fantastic view of the water from the huge window. The service was exceptional, especially during these times, as they went above and beyond to ensure everything was fresh and clean in my room. The only downside was not being able to dine in due to no reservation, but they made up for it with excellent service.
